This website does not currently offer an appointment form or patient account. If you choose to call, email or use a WhatsApp link, you may share your name, phone number, appointment preferences and information about your health concern. Please share only what is necessary to arrange the next step.

Our website host may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser and page requests, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added a Google Analytics or advertising-tracking tag to the site.

How we use and share it

We use appointment communications to respond, coordinate visits and provide care. Details are shared with treating staff and, when needed for the patient's care or claim, an involved healthcare facility or insurer/TPA. Clinical records are handled under JEWCC’s existing patient-record practices.

This website links to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. When you choose those links, the external service may process your interaction under its own privacy terms.

Your choices and requests
